KAFIGAN Bauchi Chapter nominates new executive

The Kannywood Film Industry Guilds and Associations of Nigeria (KAFIGAN), Bauchi State Chapter, has nominated a new executive to pilot the affairs of the association in the state.
The nomination was conducted at the Bahamas Restaurant and Swimming Pool in Bauchi, according to a statement signed by the association’s Public Relations Officer, Comrade Ukashatu Danmadami.
Speaking after the exercise, the State Coordinator of the association, Abubakar A.B. Zongre, said KAFIGAN was committed to promoting the creative industry and creating employment opportunities for the numerous talents across Bauchi State.
He said the nominees were selected based on their performance and commitment to the development of the association, urging them to redouble their efforts towards taking KAFIGAN to greater heights.
Abubakar Zongre said the new executive is expected to work towards strengthening the creative sector and providing opportunities for practitioners and emerging talents in Bauchi State.
The nominated executive members include Abubakar A.B. Zongre as State Coordinator; Nafiu Usman Muhammad, Assistant State Coordinator; Adams A.A. Dalma, Head of Capacity Building and Training; and Shamsu Lawan, Treasurer.
Others are Gaddafi Smart, Financial Secretary; Saifullahi Kabo Bauchi, Auditor; Ukashatu Danmadami, Public Relations Officer; Abdurrahman Zailani, Organising Secretary; Hauwa Wakili, Women Leader; Mustapha Hussain, Discipline Officer; and Abdulmumini Target, Director of Social Media.
