Ningi Local Government Chairman promises to prioritize educational development.

The Executive Chairman of Ningi Local Government Council Alhaji Nasiru Zakarai has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to prioritizing education as a key sector for development.

Alhaji Nasiru was speaking at the local government secretariat while handing over educational materials for the renovation of the Katsinawan Tabla Primary School in Kudu-Yamma ward to the Local Education Secretary, Malam Umar Shu’aibu Tiffi.

He emphasized that his administration is dedicated to providing quality learning materials and a conducive environment for students in public schools.

The Local Government Chairman also issued a stern warning to teachers, urging them to take their responsibilities seriously, saying the council will not tolerate negligence in the education sector.

Nasiru Zakarai called on parents to cooperate with the government by ensuring that their children attend school regularly, noting the crucial role parents play in the development of education.

Speaking on behalf of the residents of Katsinawan Tabla, Babangida Mu’azu Tabla expressed gratitude to the chairman for his commitment to the well-being of the people of Kudu-Yamma and Ningi Local Government as a whole.

The materials provided for the school renovation included roofing sheets, nails, and other essential supplies.
