Member Representing Toro Fed. Constituency distributes farming materials to his constituents.

Member representing Toro Federal Constituency at the National Assembly Honorable Isma’il Haruna Dabo has flagged off the distribution of farm inputs worth millions of naira free to Farmers across Toro Local Government under his program tag “Haske Farmers Care”.

Flagging off the distribution at Musa Salma Event Center Magama Gumau, Ismail Haruna Dabo said he was informed to embark on the distribution observing the hardship faced by the electorates and the need to alleviate their suffering.

According to him, the distribution of the free Farm Inputs to the farmers is part of his office initiatives to run an inclusive leadership to the benefit of every citizens of the area in respective of political, religious or ethnic differences.

He therefore advised the beneficiaries against selling of the item and directed the distribution committee to ensure judicious distribution to target beneficiaries at the grassroots.

The lawmaker announced his plans to providing more dividend of democracy to the people of the constituency especially construction of capital projects that include Bridges, schools and clinics in various centers across the local Government.

Speaking at the occasion, Barrister Ibrahim Yakubu Lame Chairman APC Stakeholders Toro Local Government, Isa Yakubu Toro, Alhaji Bashir Bukar Rimi, and Idris Musa Tama all applauded the legislature for the kind gesture and called for it sustanance.

While commending the legislature for the gesture they urged the beneficiaries to make best used of the commodity and help those closer to them.

Some of the beneficiaries interviewed expressed satisfaction with the kind gesture and promised to make the best use of the implements provided to them.

Farm inputs distributed include Ten Mini Tractors, over five hundred bags of fertilizer, Deep Placement Fertilizer application machines, Seed planter Machines, Knapsack sprayers and Herbicide among others.
