The Emir of Misau, Alhaji Ahmed Sulaiman, MNI, has called on members of the Bauchi State Islamic Shura Council to intensify efforts toward promoting unity among Muslims and fostering peaceful coexistence in the state.
The Emir made this appeal while receiving newly elected leaders of the council who paid him a courtesy visit at his palace, where he commended the council’s leadership for its dedication and hard work in strengthening unity and advancing the growth of Islamic religion in Bauchi State.
Alhaji Ahmed Sulaiman encouraged the members to remain steadfast in upholding truth, integrity, and trust in the discharge of their responsibilities., and offered prayers for their success in carrying out their duties.
Earlier, the Chairman of the Bauchi State Islamic Shura Council, Alhaji Umar Ali, highlighted the council’s ongoing activities aimed at promoting Islamic values and unity among Muslims across the state. He expressed appreciation to the Bauchi State Government for its continued support toward the council’s programs and initiatives.
The chairman also praised the Emir of Misau for his unwavering support and commitment to the development of Islamic affairs in Bauchi State.
