The Max Air flight carrying five Hundred and fifty Pilgrims from Saudi Arabia has landed at late sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport Bauchi by eight minutes after four PM.
Addressing newsmen shortly after their arrival, the Deputy Amirul Hajj, Alhaji Abubakar Y Sulaiman who described Hajj as spiritual ibadat, appreciated the discipline and obedience of the state Pilgrims to the success of their pilgrimage in the Holy Land.
The Deputy Amirul Hajj who is also the Speaker of the state House of Assembly commended the state governor for the support given to the state Pilgrims to perform the exercise.
On their part, the National Chairman JIBWIS Jos Headquarters, Sheikh Muhammad Nasir Abdulmumin, Malam Isma’ila Muhammad Bajoga and the Chief Imam Usman bn Fodiyo Masjid Malam Aminu Rabiu Abubakar, identified Hajj exercise as an act of ibadat that purify the faith of Muslims and bring them closer to Allah.
According to them, the Hajj exercise improved brotherhood, fearness and the ties of Islam among Muslims and urged the Pilgrims to pray for Allah’s acceptance of the Hajj activities.
The Islamic Scholars however aknowleged the adequate publicity of the Hajj affairs by Journalists since from home to Saudi Arabia and prayed God to reward them abundantly.
Expressing her joy with the Hitch free Hajj exercise by the state Pilgrims an elder sister to the Emir of Bauchi, Hajiya Aminatu Sidiya Muhammad, prayed God to accept their act of worship.
