Managing Director Brc Tasks programme Producers to maintain Continuity in Professionalism

Managing Director of the Bauchi Radio Corporation, Alhaji Umar Mohammed Shira, has charged program producers to ensure continuity in production for effective service delivery.
Alhaji Umar Shira gave the charge during Brc’s monthly Quality Control Meeting and stressed the importance of mutual respect among staff.
He also emphasized the need for News editors to maintain proper gatekeeping of news items to avoid airing unwanted content.
Also speaking, former Managing Director of BRC, Alhaji Hassan Adamu Shira, advised the management to sanction erring staff and reward hard work to encourage productivity and professionalism.
On his part, former Acting Managing Director, Alhaji Mohammed Ladan Gumau, encouraged staff to adhere to broadcast ethics, especially program timing, to ensure smooth transition of news and programs.
