FPTB HOD of Mass Communication Urges Students to Resume Promptly as Academic Activities Begin

The Head of Mass Communication Department at Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, Malam Bello Ibrahim Halilu, has urged students to resume without delay to avoid missing a significant portion of the semester.

Malam Bello Halilu made the call in an interview with newsmen at the Mass communication department.

He expressed concern that students who delay their resumption until the end of August would have missed nearly half of the semester, urging them to return to campus promptly to maximize their academic performance.

The HOD encouraged students to redouble their efforts during their final semester so as to graduate with outstanding results, stressing that lectures have commenced in earnest.

He reaffirmed the department’s commitment to providing quality education and the necessary guidance to help students achieve their academic and professional goals.

Malam Halilu also announced that the project proposal defence for HND II Journalism and Media Studies students is scheduled to commence in the third week after resumption, advising students to make adequate preparations ahead of the exercise.
