Bauchi Speaker felicitates with Muslim Ummah on the occasion of 2025 Eid El Fitr.

The Speaker of the Bauchi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Abubakar Y. Suleiman has felicitates with Muslim faithfuls in Bauchi and beyond for successfully completing the Ramadan fasting and marking this year’s Eid-El Fitr celebration.

The Speaker opined that Eid is a period not just for celebration but for sober reflection, visiting relatives and continuous practice of the numerous lessons learnt during the Ramadan fasting.

He implored all to sustain the spirit of brotherhood, philanthropy, forgiveness and prayers to the country which were the hallmark of the month of Ramadan.

The Speaker pounded on the need to eschew grievances, shun violent activities, distance from tribalism despite challenges bedevilling the country.

The Dangaladiman Ningi is hopeful that the problems of inflation, ravaging insecurity, jutting unemployment, youth restiveness and pervasive corruption would soon become history.

Rt. Hon. Abubakar commended the present administration in Bauchi State under the leadership of Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir and urged people to keep supporting and praying for the Governor as he strives to revive the lost glory of the State.

The Legislative head also appreciated the fatherly roles of Emirs, stressing that their efforts toward safeguarding cultural heritages, sustaining unity, pushing societal transformation and showcasing the importance of skills acquisition would never be in vain.
