Bauchi Commissioner for Natural Resources urges staff to embrace discipline and commitment.

Bauchi State Commissioner for Natural Resources Development, Mohammed Maiwada Bello, has urged staff of the ministry to remain punctual, disciplined and committed to their official responsibilities.

The Commissioner made the call during a meeting with staff, where he emphasised the importance of professionalism, accountability and effective time management in achieving the ministry’s objectives.

Mohammed Bello urged workers to regard their responsibilities as an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of the ministry and improve service delivery to the people of Bauchi State.

He commended the staff for their efforts and encouraged them to sustain their commitment, dedication and positive attitude towards work.

The Commissioner also presented special gifts to some staff members in recognition of their dedication and hard work.

Mohammed Bello further encouraged the staff to promote teamwork, mutual respect and professionalism, assuring them that dedication and commitment would continue to be recognised in support of the ministry’s mandate and the development agenda of Bauchi State.

The gesture was warmly received by the beneficiaries, who appreciated the recognition of their contributions to the ministry.
