The Bauchi State Civil Service Commission has formalized the appointments of seven substantive Directors in the State service, on grade levels sixteen.
The decision was part of the resolutions made during plenary session of the Commission,in Bauchi.
The appointments followed their endorsement by the Commission recently and approved by the State Governor Bala Mohammed, to strengthen the service.
The Directors formalized were that of Water, Environmental Health, Cooperative Affairs Development, Cooperative, Quality Assurance, Examination and Information Communication and Technology ICT.
The Commission in its considered the conversion of three Officers from Principal Estate I, to Principal Land Officer on grade levels twelve, Estate Assistant grade level four, to Higher Estate Officer grade level eight and Chief Clerical Officer grade level seven, to Estate Officer on identical grade.
In another development, the Commission interviewed seventeen Applicants, who applied for various post in the ongoing employment exercise in the State.
The Candidates interviewed applied for the post of Higher Technical Officer II, Administrative Officer, Commercial Officer II, Planning Officer II, Registrar of Cooperative Societies II, Information Officer, Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Agricultural Officer.
The Chairman of the Commission Dr Ibrahim Alhaji Muhammad, congratulated all the Officers for their promotion in service, including employment Candidates and urged them to be patriotic, honest and use their vast of experience and professionalism in the discharge of their assignments.
