Alkaleri Local Goverment Council reaffirms commitment to collaborate with security operatives in safeguarding lives and property

The chairman Alkaleri local government council ,Garba Hassan Bajama has expressed his readiness and determination to collaborate with security operatives towards securing the lives and property in Alkaleri local government area.

Represented by his deputy Alhaji Abbas Ibrahim , the chairman stated this when the state controller immigration Umar Abubakar Waziri paid a courtesy visit in his office at the local government secretariat.

Bajama after expressing his appreciations over the visit by the state controller expressed his administration unwavering commitment readiness and efforts to collaborate with the immigration office on security, intelligence, sharing and community engagement to address the common security challenges and ensure the safety and well-being of the residents in Alkaleri local government area and it’s environs.

Earlier in his remarks, the controller immigration, Umar Abubakar Waziri briefed the local government on key security concerns and pivotal of community cooperation and reporting suspicious movement and objects to the nearest security outfit. While urging them to remain vigilant and work closely with security agencies to safeguard the local area and Bauchi state in general.
