Cleric Urges Youth Against Violence for Peaceful Coexistence in Bauchi

A Muslim cleric, Malam Sulaiman Adam Manzo, has called on the Muslim community in Bauchi State to uphold peace and harmonious coexistence.

 

The call was made during his weekly sermon at Masjid Ahmad Bin Hambal, located behind Dutsen Baba Sabo in Bauchi.

 

Malam Manzo expressed concern over rising cases of violence among some Muslim youths, describing the trend as regrettable and unacceptable.

 

He urged them to fear Allah and desist from such acts in order to attain divine mercy on the Day of Judgment.

 

The cleric also advised parents to take full responsibility for the upbringing of their children by instilling proper moral values and ensuring they receive quality education.

 

Malam Sulaiman further explained that Sunnah represents the practices prescribed by the Prophet, urging faithful to adhere strictly to them while avoiding innovations in religious practices.
