Bauchi Government to rehabilitates Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Tomb

Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed restated government’s plan to rehabilitate the Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Tomb for sustainance of the monument.

The governor made the disclosure during this years’ annual Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Memorial Prayers and Lecture held at tomb premises in Bauchi.
Represented by the Commissioner Ministry of Culture and Tourism Alhaji Abdul Hassan, said the measure is to upgrade the monument to a world class monument that could accommodate all memorial artifacts of fallen heroes.

The governor appreciate the prayers offering to the sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa due to legacy good attitude he left behind called on all and Sundry to emulate for the Nigerian nascent democracy to mature.

Also speaking, the member representing Madara Chinade Constituency, Who is member commitee on culture at state house of Assembly, Dr. Nasir Ahmad Ala restated the need for the leaders to copy from the late prime minister in contentment and good leadership.
